Hi, I'm Shannon, the hands and heart behind Happier Home Collective.
My journey into the world of clean wellness began right at home in 2021. After my first baby was born and started struggling with painful eczema flare-ups, I began looking closely at the ingredient labels under our sinks and on our shelves. Realizing how many harsh chemicals were hidden in everyday products, I cleared them out and began hand-crafting my own all-natural candles, cleaning products.
The real heart of this story came when my three-year-old godchild was battling severe eczema. Wanting so badly to bring her skin comfort, I formulated my very first milk bath mixer just for her. When my sister saw how beautifully it soothed and healed her daughter's skin, she looked at me and said, "Shannon, you have to share this with the world."
With a lot of love and careful research, Happier Home Collective was born.
Today, working from my cozy Lafayette studio, I still refuse to cut corners—even when it means slower production times or higher costs. I truly believe your home should be your ultimate sanctuary, and the products you put on your body should feel like a warm embrace for the skin you're in.
